About.

This is me.

“You were so focused, for hours on end!”** my mother says. **”A born actor, even before you could talk.”** And I know exactly what she means. As a child, I stood on my homemade stage, in carefully chosen costumes, and acted out everything I encountered: books, films, games, commercials. I brought the stories in my head to life — for others, but also for myself.

I never stopped. I started acting lessons in primary school and performed in school plays at Willem Lodewijk Gymnasium. At seventeen, I entered the world of modeling and began making my own costumes, which I modeled myself. In 2019, this led to a publication in the international magazine *BeautyMute*. At twenty, I pursued a theatre program at BijVrijdag and joined the theatre group IOVIVAT, where I performed in, among others, *KLEI*.

I discovered that there was more than just theatre and modeling: I traveled to England for The Film Actors & Actresses Academy (FACTA) and a Motion Capture course at Creature Bionics. Back in the Netherlands, I acted in various feature films. I took a detour and completed the Basic and Advanced Training Actor courses with Mieke Bouwens. As a training actor, I can combine my love for performance with education, and began facilitating training sessions for institutions such as UMCG, UCP, and SOON.

Recently, I took another turn and began singing lessons and voice acting training. I’ve become a jack-of-many-trades. Even in my spare time, stories and characters are always present: I play a lot of video games, bring all sorts of creatures to life in the tabletop RPG *Dungeons & Dragons*, and I love writing, reading, and drawing.

I’m never done learning and never done playing. Stories and characters are at the core of who I am. I want to move and inspire — in education, entertainment, and in my free time.
My first performance was when I was two. My last will be when I’m ninety-nine.

Alongside this, I often perform in productions with my brother, Melchior Riemens. Interested in casting us as a duo? Visit his website here.
